Products will only be shipped after payment has been made.

Preparation and Shipping will take 10-20 business days (for in-stock items).

If the item needs restocking additional 7-10 working days will take for the preparation and shipping.

Tracking information may take 2-3 days to be available once dispatched.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.  

All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.  If the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products will be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again.
